AGI Networking Reception in Mumbai
September 29, 2011 | Mumbai

Continuing on its outreach programme, Association of Geospatial Industries (AGI) organised a networking reception in Mumbai on 29th September 2011 at Cricket Club of India. Individuals from local government departments and Geospatial Companies in Mumbai and Pune attended the event. As a formal Industry body AGI is now trying to reach out to Geospatial organisations and making them aware of the initiatives taken up by AGI.

Through these events AGI is trying to foster relationships with the Geospatial organisations working at the local level in any state or region. Through such forum AGI is also trying to understand challenges and concerns these Geospatial organisations are facing at the local level. It is presenting AGI as a platform to take up these issues formally through AGI by joining it and strengthening it. Sr. Vice President of AGI Mr. Rajesh Mathur presented a brief about AGI, its objectives and the benefits of joining AGI.
